1. Preparation for Analysis

Before starting the analysis, ensure that the App Connectivity of your device is set to AVAILABLE in the MyReveal App.

  • If the Internet Status is Online:

    • Saved analyses will be sent to the cloud system and can be accessed from past analyses.

  • If the Internet Status is Offline:

    • Saved analyses will be stored in the device’s internal memory, but past analyses will not be accessible.

    • When the Internet status is changed to Online, saved analyses in the device’s memory will sync to the cloud system, allowing access to past analyses.

2. Starting the Analysis

  • In the app, tap Analyze Now. This will display settings such as the live camera stream, camera focus, and analysis method.

  • Open the device drawer and place the ring, stone, or item you wish to analyze on the appropriate tray. Close the drawer.

For Optimal Focus:

  • Press the Auto Focus button. If the focus is not clear enough, you can manually adjust it.

3. Choosing an Analysis Method

Select one of the following analysis methods based on your needs:

  • Quick Analysis:

    • Captures fewer photos and provides basic results.

  • Standard Analysis:

    • Captures more photos and includes partial exposure settings in the results. (Recommended method)

  • Detailed Analysis:

    • Captures the most photos and provides full exposure settings in the results.

Note: If you stay on this page for more than 45 seconds, the camera light may turn off. In this case, you can tap "Back" and then "Start Analysis" again or remove and reinsert the drawer.

4. Conducting the Analysis

  • Tap the Analysis button. The duration of the analysis will vary depending on the selected method.

  • The analysis results will appear on the screen once the process is complete.

    • Important: If you close the app during the analysis, the process will be canceled.

5. Reviewing the Analysis Results

Analysis results provide various viewing options, including Result, Daylight, Fluorescent, and Phosphorescence.
