Methods for Accessing Saved Analyses

You can access saved analyses in four different ways:

1. Internet Connection Online, App Connectivity Unavailable

If your device is not directly connected, but the app is connected to the internet (Internet status: Online, App Connectivity: Unavailable):

  • Tap the Devices tab on the Home Screen.

  • Select the relevant device to enter the Device Details page.

  • In this section, you will find the Saved Analyses section, where:

    • Analyses previously stored in the Cloud or On Device can be accessed.

    • Analyses recorded without internet access, waiting for synchronization once an internet connection is established, will be listed in the Syncing section.

In this scenario, you can only access analyses stored in the Cloud. However, analyses stored on the device and waiting for synchronization will not be visible since there is no direct connection to the device.

  • Swipe right on cloud-stored analyses to use the quick view feature, which provides a summary of the analysis details.

  • Swipe left to share your analysis via a link.

  • Tap on an analysis to review detailed analysis results.

  • You can edit analysis information and compare results using reference stones.

2. Connected to the Same Wi-Fi Network with Internet Access

If your device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the app and internet access is available ( App Connectivity: Available, Internet status: Online):

  • You can access both cloud-stored analyses and those saved locally on the device.

  • The Syncing section will be empty since pending analyses will automatically synchronize.

  • Swipe left to:

    • Share the analysis using the share button.

    • Delete the analysis from both cloud storage and the device.

    • Remove the analysis from the device if stored in both locations.

    • Download the analysis to the device if stored only in the cloud.

  • Swipe right to quickly view the analysis, including visible light images and basic details.

  • Tap on the analysis to access detailed results and comparison options with reference stones.

3. Connected to the Device’s Own Network Without Internet

If you are connected to the device’s own JTRRDD-XXX network:

  • Internet status: Offline, App Connectivity: Available.

  • Cloud-stored analyses will not be accessible.

  • Analyses saved locally on the device and those waiting for synchronization will be available.

  • If the device is later connected to the internet, analyses waiting for synchronization will automatically be uploaded to the cloud.

  • Tapping on an analysis will provide detailed results and reference stone comparisons.

4. Using the Device with a Monitor

If you are using your Reveal Diamond Detector 2 device with a monitor, keyboard, and mouse, you can access analyses directly via the device’s interface.

Filtering Options

There is a filter button on the pages that provide access to the analysis in each link situation, which allows you to quickly reach certain results by filtering the analysis. With this button, you can filter by date, analysis type and other criteria.

Reviewing Analysis Results

When we click on the analysis saved on the mobile application, you can compare your analysis result with reference stones in addition to the features specified in the section Reviewing the Analysis Results, as mentioned in the document on Analyzing with Reveal Diamond Detector 2. Oct. You can also update the analysis information at the same time.
