šŸ”„ Updating Wi-Fi network settings of Reveal 2S

Manage your REVEAL’s Wi-Fi settings—view available networks, add or remove saved ones, and update passwords for smooth, uninterrupted use.

Updated this week

REVEAL can store multiple Wi-Fi network credentials, just like a computer. When the device is moved between locations—such as from the office to home—it automatically connects to the strongest available network it recognizes. As long as users are connected to the same Wi-Fi network, they can access and use REVEAL seamlessly.

šŸ“± Step 1: Open the My Reveal App

  • On your phone or tablet, open the My Reveal app.

  • Go to the My Devices tab.

  • Tap the plus (+) icon in the top right corner. This will direct you to the User Guide page.

ā€‹šŸ”§ Step 2: Activate Wi-Fi Mode on the Reveal 2S

  • While on the User Guide page, press and hold the Wi-Fi button on your Reveal 2S device for 5–6 seconds.

  • Make sure the Wi-Fi light blinks slowly on and off.

  • Tap the blue arrow button to continue.

🌐 Step 6: Select or Add Wi-Fi Networks

REVEAL can store multiple Wi-Fi credentials, just like a computer. When you move the device between locations—such as home and office—it will automatically connect to the strongest known network. As long as your device and users are on the same Wi-Fi network, REVEAL can be accessed and used without interruption.

To get started, simply select a network from the Nearby Wi-Fi Networks list and add it to your device. Once added, the network will appear under Reveal’s Networks.

You can drag and drop saved networks in this list to set their connection priority. REVEAL will always try to connect starting from the top of the list.

Pro Tip: Remove unused or outdated networks from the list to speed up connection times.
