Analysis Troubleshooting

In the analysis section, you can review the possible problems you may encounter and their solutions.

1. "Analyze Task Failed" Error

  • Check your device’s software version. An outdated version may affect the analysis process.

  • Check for updates. If a new update is available, update your device to the latest software version.

  • Verify your internet connection. Ensure that the connection is stable and there are no interruptions.

  • Restart the device. A simple restart may resolve errors occurring during the analysis process.

  • If the issue persists after checking all settings, contact support for further assistance.


2. Daylight Is Not Turning On

  • Check the device’s power connection. Ensure that the adapter or power source is properly connected to the device.

  • Use the original adapter. The adapter included in the package or another adapter with the same technical specifications should be used.

  • Using a different adapter may affect the device’s lighting function. An incompatible power source can prevent the light from turning on.

  • If using a power bank, make sure it supports 20V and at least 45W PD.

  • Restart the device. A simple reboot may resolve lighting-related issues.

  • If the issue persists after performing all checks, contact support for further assistance.


3. The Camera Is Running Slowly And There Is A Focusing Problem

  • Change the device’s location. If the Wi-Fi signal is weak, moving the device closer to the modem or router may improve performance.

  • Test your internet connection. Slow internet speed may cause delays during analysis.

  • Check the Wi-Fi signal strength. Reduce the distance between the device and the modem or use a Wi-Fi extender to strengthen the signal.

  • Close background applications. Too many open applications on your mobile device may affect the app's performance.

  • Update the device’s software. Outdated software versions may slow down the analysis process.

  • Restart the device. Turning the device off and on after prolonged use can improve its performance.

  • If the issue persists, contact support for further assistance.
